We are delighted to welcome Sev Ulgu to our team. Sev is an experienced psychological therapist who works with self-funding adults and young people (aged 16+), offering evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT).
Sev now offers additional appointment options at the Craigie Partnership, offering greater flexibility for those with busy schedules. We now have additional self-funding evening sessions on Mondays and Thursdays, and online Saturday appointments available, making it easier to access psychological support at a time that suits you. Sev offers a reduced rate of £100 for a 60-minute Assessment, and thereafter £75 per 50-minute session.
About Sev Ulgu

Sev holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and a Distinction in MSc Psychological Therapies from the University of Edinburgh. She has worked extensively with both young people and adults, supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and self-esteem difficulties. Her approach is structured, informed, and tailored to each client’s needs.
Services for Young Adults
We are now able to offer appointments to young people from the age of 16+, broadening our support to those navigating key life transitions. Sev brings particular expertise in working with this age group, helping them develop confidence and resilience in managing emotional and behavioural challenges.
